WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
During this approx. 9 class unit, you will complete a series of activities to develop basic animation and action script skills in Adobe Flash CS4.
ACTIVITY #1: FLASH 101 - BASIC TRAINING (1-2 CLASSES)
Work through the following tutorial activities to develop essential skills in Flash (resources from Adobe Exchange). All links are PDF files. You may also want to review the Intro to Flash Powerpoint HERE.
ACTIVITY #2: SIMPLE FLASH PHOTO GALLERY (2-3 CLASSES)
Your goal during this short activity is to develop an interactive Flash photo gallery that showcases the images you produced during your digital photography unit earlier in the course. SEE SAMPLE BELOW.

You will use your own images to create a slideshow that illustrates ALL the required shots you took during the photography unit. For each image, create a short caption that explains image type (ie. Slow Shutter Speed), aperture (f-stop setting), shutter speed, ISO and any other details you wish to include. You will use Flash action script to create simple buttons that allow a user to navigate back and forth in the slideshow (use guides below to help you complete this challenge). See the CLASS ASSIGNMENTS FOLDER on your computer (in our class folder) for required assets for this activity (sounds, button graphics).
